After his service, Lance transitioned into the private sector as an IT consultant, where he helped many clients streamline their technology infrastructure. He also has a strong background in digital marketing, allowing him to provide comprehensive training that covers both technical and strategic aspects of doing business.
Lance's vision for the company is rooted in his passion for empowering others, and he is dedicated to helping seniors, veterans, and middle-aged job seekers gain the skills they need to thrive in a digital world.
